Thank you for visiting this website. By accessing and shopping on this website you shall be deemed to have accepted, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). 

“You” (refers to any person accessing and/or using this website)

If you do not agree to the T&Cs, please do not use this website.

We are Band World (Asia) Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Band World”), a Singapore registered company. Our company registered number is UEN:201310008Z and our registered office is at 37, Lorong 23 Geylang #06-01 Yu Li Industrial Building (S) 388371.

2. General 

T&C on this website may be revised from time to time. Your usage of this website after such changes posted on this page will constitute your agreement to the modified T&Cs and all the changes.

3. Usage of this website 

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the website, you warrant that: 

• You are 18 years of age or older, or over the legal age of your jurisdiction. 

• All information provided to Band World including (and not limited to) personal particulars and contact information is current, accurate and complete. 

• You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of this website its material where you create a user account and password, you will be responsible for such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. 

• Band World shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, or liabilities arising as a result of or in connection with the wrongful or fraudulent use of your account and password

• We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.

4. Order & Product
   
   

• You may place an order with us though this website. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged to process your order without your further consent. 

• We reserve the right to accept or decline orders received from or through the website in our sole and absolute discretion.

  
  - We may decline your order, but not limited to:
  * End of production of the product
  * Failed payment or suspected fraud
  * Destination countries not within our sales territory

• Some products and/or services are available exclusively online through this website. We reserved the rights to limit the quantity of these products and/or services.

• Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address as per your account information, at this point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 

• Each fully-paid order accepted by us will be assigned an order number. Please tell us your order number whenever you contact us about your order.

• We in our best effort possible to be accurate in our descriptions of products available. Images of the products are for illustrative purpose only. Colours may defer due to lighting conditions or variances in computer screen calibration. 

• You are responsible to clarify any doubt and/or concern prior to placing an order.
  
  

5. Price & Payment

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars and include local taxes (where applicable) at the current rates. 

• Delivery charges are not included 

• We reserve the right to review the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

• Price payable by you shall be the price of the product listed on this website at the time your order is transmitted to us. 

• Payment needs to be completed  immediately upon checkout. Unpaid order will automatically be cancelled. 

• Despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced We will be in contact as soon as possible to provide you with option to proceed or cancel your order.

• VISA, MASTERS & PAYNOW are accepted
  
  

1. Delivery

• Currently orders place on this website will be delivered within Singapore. 

• The cost of delivery for your order will be displayed upon check out. 

• Orders will take 3 working days to process and dispatch from our warehouse to our local delivery partner.

• Our delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specific in your order.

• Any delivery dates stated during the order process are estimates, subject to delivery situation at the point of order.

• Neither we nor our agent shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. 

• Responsibility of the product will be pass on to you from the time we make the first delivery of the product to the address you provided us. 

• You own the product which is the subject of your order once we received full payment for your order. 

• We will send an email should the parcel be returned. Please note that we may charge you for any further delivery cost. 

• Unclaimed parcels after 30 days will be deemed as property of Band World and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
  
  

7. Exchange and Returns 

• We accept exchange of product in our physical shop within 7 days from date you receive your order. Should the item exchanged is of a higher value, a top up is required. 

• The following products are not exchangeable/returnable: Opened reeds, cleaning swab & gauze. 

•  We accept returns for product with the following criteria

  • Return within 7 working days of receiving your items

  • Regular price items only 

  • Sales items and expendable accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchange

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with package labels intact

  • Items must not have been deliberately damaged for returns 

  • Items that have been defective from use does not qualify for return policy 

  • Items purchase from third party
    

• To start a return request, please email information@band-world.com 

  • Pack item and return in its original packing material 

  • Send your parcel using delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 7 days from dispatch date for local orders. 

  • You are responsible for postage cost of the return items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mail only. 

  • If you return on item that does not meet the requirements for returns set above, we reserve the rights to reject the return and any request for a store credit refund. 

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent

  • Upon accepting your return, we will make any refunds due to your account within 14 days from the day we receive the product. 

  • Please note that refunds will be provided only in form of store credit. Expire in one year.

8. Intellectual Property Rights 

• The intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website are owned by Band World or our licensors. 

• You may download extracts from this website for your own use with prior written permission from Band World. Our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice are to appear on all copies.

• No modification of the any content or material on this website.

• You are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before the use of any content or material that is available on this website.
  
  

9. Governing Law 

This T&C and any dispute or claim arise out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising in connection with this T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 

10. Indemnification
    
    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Band World (Asia) Pte Ltd and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, employees and interns, harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by third party due to or arising out of your breach of these T&C or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of third party.  

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

    The Site, its services and all information provided herein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, other than those imposed by law, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any warranty, condition, guarantee, term or representation (i) as to the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and validity of any content or material on the Site; (ii) that the functions contained on the Site will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free; and (iii) that any defects will be corrected. Any and all such warranties, conditions, terms and representations are specifically excluded. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials on the Site, including factual or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. You expressly agree that your use and/or access of the Site is at your sole risk.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from:-

life or wear of any product or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose or use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to Band World; improper remedy of defective products, alteration of the products, unsuitable or improper use, wilful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, as well as fair wear and tear, by you or any third party; third party claims, whether directly or indirectly caused by, or relating to, the content of our Site and the products purchased on or through our Site; and any warranties provided under these T&Cs if the total price for the product has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.

You further acknowledge and agree that your access and use of the Site is dependent on third party service providers such as internet, network, connectivity or other link providers. Your payment for any product purchased from the Site is processed by third party payment system providers and Love, Bonito does not retain or process any such payment information. Love, Bonito cannot guarantee the security of such third party payment system(s) or any payment data on the Site, Band World not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third parties and disclaims any and all liability in connection with the acts, omissions or defaults of such third parties. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Band World is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the availability or performance of the Internet, your connection to the Internet or the actions or inaction of any other person or entity, including any internet service provider. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Love, Bonito from any and all liability in connection with the acts, omissions or defaults of such third parties.

To the extent permissible at law: We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any Order;

Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total sums paid by you for products under such Order.

12. Access

This website is usually 24hours a day, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Temporary suspension of this website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any reasons beyond our control.
